Access to larger tubes of product

I have been using your Radiant Mint product for as long as I can remember. Both my wife and I like the product and use it exclusively. However, finding the larger tube sizes 5 and above in local stores or on line has become difficult. I can find 3oz tubes but that is about it. Even looking on-line, I can not find larger tubes 5oz or bigger. I prefer the 6.4 oz tube. Is there a reason for this??

Yes, I recommend this product.

Tube size reduced from 4.8 oz to 4.1 oz

About 6 weeks ago I found that the size of the 3D White toothpaste I'd been buying had been cut substantially, from 4.8 oz to 4.1 oz -- though price remained unchanged at the local big box retailer. I chalked it up to another consumer-unfriendly move by a global CPG to maximize profits. I've been buying Colgate since then (after 15+ years with Crest). Now the Covid-19 pandemic really underscores a problem with corner-cutting moves like this one. As we self-isolate, it would be good to have generous supplies of commodities like toothpaste. Crest / P&G put profits ahead of consumer needs, and did so deceptively -- the length of the 4.1 oz tube is a tiny 2mm or so shorter than the former 4.8 oz product. I don't have the 4.8 oz box for comparison, but I'd bet that's the same size as the 4.1 oz product. Shame on you, Crest and P&G. You've lost a longtime customer.

No, I do not recommend this product.

In January 2020 we did change the tube size of some of our Crest 3D White toothpaste, but we aren’t able to control how much a store will sell them for to you, Mark. We want to thank you so much for so many years of loyalty to Crest and want to make this up to you if we can so please give us a call at 800 492-7378 when you have time.
